"Pa-rum pum pum pum"....pa-rum pum pum pum" Jumbo sang the loudest.Mamma Ellie recognised his loud thumping voice and gave a little smile as she walked past the practise place,she had a chance to get Jumbo's Christmas present while he was away.
During the practise the shepherds and angels were chosen......very important parts in the Nativity Play.Shepherds were among the first to see little" baby "and the angels sang out aloud to herald the birth of this special boy child.
Zebbie and Jumbo skipped along whistling the tunes they had just sung in the practice when Ricky Rhino pushed past them carrying a huge package."What's in the parcel Ricky?Haven't a clue guys,I was asked to pick this up from the post office "Awkward shape " said Zebbie."I'd love to know what's in THAT HUGE PARCEL" said Jumbo.
Jumbo seems quite at peace ...................wonder if he knows his part in the play and keeping a secret?

Great instalment! How is Mr Mantha Panther flying to Cape Town? I like to picture him holding onto a bird's legs - maybe a vulture? - but I'm sure he will be using something more practical! Like a Harrier.
He left in an open carrier with his goggles and gorgeous striped scarf flying behind and enjoying the ride.Probably had a snack of those birds you mentioned but overall Steve his trip was most rewarding.Please do read the twelfth post and lotsa love! Carole
